Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Clean and Pack
Empty the dust bin and ensure all filters and attachments are included. Secure the vacuum in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
